With statistics like this a return or refund situation is very rare but if you do find yourself in this unlikely position the following terms apply.
Any occasion requiring a refund or replacement must be notified to us within 48hrs of delivery (or within 48hrs of the intended delivery time in the case of a bear lost in transit). Notification can be sent in the form of an email (recommended), phone call or in writing by post or fax.
Refunds or replacements will be offered if an Express Teddy (excluding packaging) arrives damaged or is lost in transit. We send all bears and plaques by the most traceable service available for your country and can usually obtain the name of recipient and time of delivery.
Refunds or replacements will be offered in the event of deviation from the customer’s original order without the customer’s knowledge. If the customer makes an error while placing the order (such as a spelling mistake in the personal message) we can offer a replacement tag for a small fee and it is not necessary to completely reorder. Please ensure all information placed on the order is 100% correct as we deal with a worldwide community in many languages and will personalize your product exactly as stated on your order.
If a bear or plaque has to be returned to us at our request we will refund all postage costs. Proof of postage is not necessary, as we know all the worldwide delivery costs for our products but is recommended in case of being lost in transit.
Please be aware that although these policies are necessary to ensure our customers receive a first class service, it is extremely rare and very unlikely that any of these situations arrive.
